To invest and trade

Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM), EMC(EMC), Red Hat(RHT) all hit 52 week highs on March 27, 2012. Wait for pullback, add positions. Target prices for TSM, EMC, and RHT are 17~18, 33~35, 58+. Always try small position for scale in initially, then triple, quadruple, …after trending upwards confirmation.

To trade only – holding for 1-3 days

For those fellows, don’t have much dough at hand, focus on high quality low share price company (< 20, high liquid, yet not too volatile with daily ATR < 0.5 to trade with “large position”  i.e. 3000 shares ~ 10,000 shares. As always, 100 shares for testing water temperature.

Housing market in US is still weak with reference to recent data report.  Historically, house bubbles tend to see home prices on average bottom out six years after peaking. If oil price won’t keep going up this summer, economic recovery is though in small pace, then this summer would mark the point at which the housing prices should begin turning upwards.
